You can easily add all your locations in your one Square account and the maximum limit is 300 locations.
Once you have added your locations, you cannot delete any of those but can deactivate which means the location will be deactivated for further activities, but still present on your locations page and can be reactivated at any time.
In this way, you will have different business names, business addresses, contact information, branding, bank information, etc. for each location.
Lets see the process of creating a location on your Square dashboard after login,
- Go to “Account & Settings”.
- After going into “Account & Settings”, you will see the “Business Information” option in the sidebar. Here you can see “Locations”.
And there is a button to “ Create Location”. After clicking this button, you will be presented with a screen to fill in all the Business information related to your Business Location such as Business nickname, location type (if it’s a physical location or online store), address, phone number, and email.
Upon saving your location, you can see your added location on the list and simply create other location with the same process.
If you would like to edit any of your locations simply click that location, make your changes and click save.
